At Tidy Malls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech treasures. If something doesn't work out, we've got you covered with a hassle-free returns and refunds policy!
Returning Unwanted Items:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted item for a full refund.
Items must be in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and manuals.
Please ensure the items are unused and in new condition.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are your responsibility, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Returning Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return:

Explain your reason for return and provide your order number.
We'll process your request and send you a return label.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
Ship the package back to us using the provided method.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.
Exchange Policy:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process as outlined above.
Once we receive your return, we'll send you the replacement item free of charge.
Exclusions:
Please note that some items, such as personalized products or opened hygiene products, cannot be returned or exchanged.
